birthdays

tovah & i celebrated our birthdays together.  my mom decided to make a cake.  but the cake mix wasn't good enough.  she had to make a special icing + chocolate mousse and it had to be as many layers as possible.  while she frosting the cake...  well, let's just say it became "cake-in-a-bowl" instead of cake on a cake plate.  still - it was super delicious.  and thankfully, tovah showed me how to blow out candles so we managed to get them all blown out.

the pictures turned out ok... but they still used a previous picture for their prayer card.  haha.
